 About Sea Buckthorn:
      ○ It is a deciduous shrub/tree that is well-suited to thrive in cold, high-altitude regions.
  ● Significance: Acts as a pioneer species for soil improvement, wind and sand control, and soil and water conservation. It possesses high nutritional value, containing vitamins, carotenoids, polyphenols, and more. Additionally, it has medicinal properties, including antioxidant and anticancer benefits.
