 • Created by the Centre of Development of Telematics (C-DOT) utilizing the Common Alerting Protocol (CAP), as advised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
 • Functioning in 36 States/UTs, it dispatches geo-targeted SMS alerts during disasters such as cyclones and floods.
